Defend the revolution in Kurdistan by fighthing against the collaborators of turkish fascism:
2022 marks ten years of the revolutionary process in Rojava. As the people of Rojava continue to struggle for self-determination, women’s liberation and radical democracy, as they defend themselves from attacks by jihadist groups and the Turkish state, European companies are getting rich by profiting from the war. They collaborate with Turkish fascism in impunity.
Companies collaborate with the fascism of the Turkish state
European economies are effectively serving as a rear base for Erdogan’s regime, in particular through its financial institutions. In Turkey, AXA is partner with OYAK, the army pension fund created in 1961 by the military junta in power following a coup. OYAK is the symbol of the power of the army in the Turkish economy. This ability of the military sector to act as a capitalist organization through OYAK is an important aspect of the militarization of society in Turkey. It is one of the most powerful industrial groups in the country and its main source of income comes from its financial investments. OYAK is also known to have opposed AXA’s payment of compensation to descendants of Armenian genocide victims. Although the compensation was finally paid, OYAK nevertheless obtained that the causes of death were not characterized as genocide. There are other reasons to oppose AXA: notably the fact that it finances Israeli apartheid and human rights violations in Palestine.
Fighting Turkish fascism for a free life
On all fronts, from Rojava to the cities and mountains of Kurdistan, the turkish fascist state continues its attacks on the people and liberation movement at all levels. The Turkish state conducts weekly assassinations with killer drones. In the mountains controlled by the guerrillas for decades, it does not hesitate to use chemical weapons. In Rojava, the Turkish state is waging a veritable water war, depriving the population of access to water and electricity.
The revolution continues to flourish
Despite the intensity of the attacks, a history of anti-fascist resistance is being written. Resistance by women who are building an alternative to patriarchy. In addition to their participation in the mixed structures, women organize themselves in a parallel and autonomous way and have a right of veto on all decisions that affect them. Resistance against the nation-state to develop a democratic nation where all ethnic, religious and linguistic identities have their place. A system of radical democracy whose basic structure is the commune. Resistance against ecocide through the diversification of agricultural production and its cooperative management. A perspective that develops despite the embargo and the war. The Rojava revolution is of paramount importance for all people who seek to build alternatives to a capitalist modernity based on domination and exploitation.
Turkish fascism is able to go on because of the support it receives internationally. This support is sometimes open and active, sometimes hidden and sneaky. In any case, this support is the reason for the continued existence of occupation, exploitation, murder and war in the region. AXA, through its financial support to OYAK, is funding the war in Rojava.
From September 21, International Day of Peace, let us denounce the economy of war in Europe! From September 21, we call for a week of action against AXA. This week will also mark the beginning
of a campaign against AXA, to denounce its investments in the Turkish military and to demand its divestment from Oyak. Down with Turkish fascism! Long live the revolution in Kurdistan!

Semaine d’action contre AXA à partir du 21 septembre 2022
En luttant contre les entreprises qui collaborent avec le fascisme turc:
2022 marque les dix ans du processus révolutionnaire au Rojava. Alors que les peuples du Rojava continuent de lutter pour leur autodétermination, pour la libération des femmes et pour une démocratie radicale, alors qu’ils se défendent des attaques des groupes djihadistes et de l’État turc, des entreprises européennes s’enrichissent en profitant de la guerre. Elles collaborent avec le fascisme turc en toute impunité.
Des entreprises collaborent avec le fascisme de l’État turc
Les économies européennes servent effectivement de base arrière au régime d’Erdogan, notamment grâce à ses institutions financières. En Turquie, AXA est partenaire d’OYAK, le fond de pension de l’armée créé en 1961 par la junte militaire au pouvoir suite à un coup d’État. OYAK est le symbole du pouvoir de l’armée dans l’économie turque. Cette capacité du secteur militaire à agir en tant qu’organisation capitaliste grâce à OYAK constitue un aspect important de la militarisation de la société en Turquie. Il est l’un des groupes industriels les plus puissants de ce pays et sa source de revenus principale provient de ses investissements financiers. OYAK est également connu pour s’être opposé au versement par AXA d’indemnisations dues à des personnes descendantes de victimes du génocide arménien. Si les indemnités ont finalement été versées, OYAK à néanmoins obtenu que les causes de la mort ne soient pas caractérisées comme génocide.
Il y a d’autres raisons de s’opposer à AXA : notamment le fait qu’elle finance l’apartheid israélien et les violations des droits humains en Palestine.
Lutter contre le fascisme turc pour une vie libre.
Sur tous les fronts, du Rojava aux villes et aux montagnes du Sud et du Nord du Kurdistan, l’État fasciste turc poursuit ses attaques contre le peuple et le mouvement de libération à tous les niveaux. L’État turc mène chaque semaine des assassinats à l’aide de drones tueurs. Dans les montagnes contrôlées par les guérillas depuis des dizaines d’années, il n’hésite pas à utiliser des armes chimiques. Au Rojava, l’État turc mène une véritable guerre de l’eau, privant la population d’accès à l’eau et à l’électricité.
La révolution continue de fleurir
Malgré l’intensité des attaques, une histoire de la résistance antifasciste est en train de s’écrire. Résistance des femmes qui construisent une alternative au patriarcat. En plus de leur participation aux structures mixtes, les femmes s’organisent de manière parallèle et autonome et ont un droit de veto sur toutes les décisions qui les concernent. Résistance contre l’État-nation pour développer une nation démocratique où toutes les identités ethniques, religieuses et linguistiques ont leur place. Un système de démocratie radicale dont la structure de base est la commune. Résistance contre l’écocide par la diversification de la production agricole et sa gestion coopérative. Une perspective qui se développe malgré l’embargo et la guerre. La révolution du Rojava est d’une importance capitale pour toutes les personnes qui cherchent à construire des alternatives à une modernité capitaliste basée sur la domination et l’exploitation.
Le fascisme turc ne perdure que grâce au soutien qu’il reçoit au niveau international. Ce soutien est parfois ouvert et actif, parfois caché et sournois. Quoi qu’il en soit, ce soutien est la raison de l’existence continue de l’occupation, de l’exploitation, du meurtre et de la guerre dans la région. AXA, par son soutien financier à OYAK, finance la guerre au Rojava.
À partir du 21 septembre, Journée internationale de la paix, dénonçons l’économie de la guerre en Europe ! Dès le 21 septembre, nous appelons à une semaine d’action contre AXA. Cette semaine marquera en même temps le début de la campagne AXA pour dénoncer ses investissements dans le militaire turc et pour exiger son désinvestissement d’Oyak.
À bas le fascisme turc! Vive la révolution du Kurdistan!
